Lead Product Manager (Pricing) - General Insurance - Surrey
I am working with a market leading insurancecompany who are going through a major digital transformation on the path to becoming an Agile insurer.
My client is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join their team and support their insurance Product growth plans. You will work in specific areas within pricing and underwriting business teams and will be responsible for delivering all 'Change' within these areas.
This position will report into the Head of Product Delivery and will involve coaching the team in Scrum and Agile principles. Additionally, involved with this role is managing the team's recruitment process, liaison with other internal teams as well as prioritising product backlogs, to ensure agreed product roadmaps are met.
Essential Experience:
* Prior experience working as a Lead Business Analyst or Lead Product Manager within an Agile, SCRUM or Dev Ops delivery model
* Recent experience of managing ateam of Product Managers / Business Analysts
* Experience of collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira and Slack
* Provenexposure to building highly efficient and productive teams
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Prior experience within the General Insurance industry, particularly within the Pricing and Product space
