Risk & Compliance Manager | MGA | City of London | £45 - 55k (doe)
Absolutely thrilled to be working with this client again in theirsearch for a Risk & Compliance Managers to join their growing compliance function. They are an exciting company who promotegrowth and development along with internal progression.
They are experiencing extremely good growth and have recently acquired another business, so will need this individual to join their MGA arm.
You will be implementing and embedding the Risk Management Policy and Frameworks and the Conduct Risk Framework. Along with this you will be business partnering & be working closely with underwriters, senior stakeholders and presenting at board level.
This is an excellent opportunity for a generalist compliance professional from a Lloyd's managing agency background. You must have at least three years' compliance experience and the ability to work with underwriters on a daily basis.
My client is offering a competitive salary, along with a discretionary bonus and great benefits. Please note that you will not have any direct reports with either position - you will be joining a team of 5 reporting into the Head of Risk & Compliance.
