My client isa well-known insurer who is looking for an innovative Risk & Compliance officer to join their department and support key business projects and initiatives.
You will be responsible for contributing to, and supporting key elements of the annual Riskand Compliance plan. Whilst also supporting the Head of Risk & compliance to maintain Risk Databases, Registers and other supporting risk documentation.
You will be part of the risk and compliance team that acts as the 'second line of defence' for the organisation.
You will also have the opportunity to deliver training to colleagues in corporate Risk Management Awareness whilst monitoring and reporting on progress against action points/remedial action arising from monitoring and audits.
This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of Risk Management principles and practices. With Good understanding of FCA and ICO Regulatory Requirements within a General Insurance environment is highly desirable.
