Description:
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master/Project manager to manage part of the company's portfolio in a full product lifecycle. You will need to be passionate, engaging and have a proactive mindset to achieve and succeed targets. The candidate will have a proven track record of speaking to different stakeholders, a keen eye for detail and reporting to senior management.
Essential experience
·Proven experience of building teams based on agile or lean project management methodologies to deliver software engineering project's - Scrum/Kanban
·Proven experience of delivering technical projects using internal and external suppliers
·Full system life cycle experience including live service support
·Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
·Used to working alongside product owners, software and QA engineers
·Proven experience in managing cross portfolio dependencies
·Proven experience of managing project resource needs, budgets &delivering value for money
·Experience of driving continuous, provable improvements and efficiencies
·Proficient use of toolscommonly used in an Agile environment i.e. JIRA/Confluence
·Experience within E-commerce/retail environments (e.g. customer centric technologies such as customer events, payments, pricing platforms, Front End) etc
·Agile delivery management experience in financial services
