THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're exclusively supporting a International Insurance Broker located in London who is looking to expand their Commercial Team as part of their strategic expansion plans over the coming 18 months. Due to unprecedented growth over the past 2 years.
THE PACKAGE:
£40,000 to £55,000 Salary
Ongoing Training and a Clear Development Path for progression.SENIOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HANDLER / EXECUTIVE:
The role will involve the management of a portfolio of long standing clients - there will be day to day client contact and management including new business, MTA's and renewals. You will be required toservice their existing customer base and provide quotations for new enquiries and will be a senior referral point and will be expected to handle more complex risks.
Skills & Attributes
* At least 3/5yrs Commercial or Corporate experience
* Experience working for a Broker
* A customer service focused mentality
* An ability to think outside the box
* A willingnessto go above and beyond for clients
* Ability to work under pressure
* CII & Diploma Level Qualified
* Currently usingActuris, so knowledge of this systems is advantageous
* Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and prospects
* A desireto develop New business
* An Ability to meet and exceed targets and KPI
