Systems Manager | Insurance | London | Permanent
iO Associates is delighted to be working with a leading Lloyd's Managing Agent in their search for a Systems Manager to join their London office. You will be reporting in to the CIO and will be responsible for managing the Systems team and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of systems to meet the demands of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and progresswithin an extremely well-regarded organisation in the London Insurance Market.
Key responsibilities:
·Management of the Systems team
·Overseeing system implementation and road-mapping
·Liaising with other department managers to establish a clear and defined understanding of processes, requirements and limitations
·Identifying and reporting limitations to stakeholders and implementing plans to overcome them.
·Reporting to the CIO to provide oversight of systems governance
Key requirements:
·Experience in system management and/or implementation in Insurance
·Excellent knowledge of insurance processes
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·Experience within the Lloyd's Insurance Market
·Prior experience managing a team
You musthave experience in Insurance in order to qualify for this position.
