Get Recruited are working alongside an ambitious and growing business in the Bolton area who are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive to work alongside and learn from their MD, with a view of progressing into a more senior role in the business with the opportunity to work from home.
You will work alongside toe MDto respond to clients, building and maintaining relationships and offering an excellent service at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager / Internal Sales Executive who is looking for a rewarding employer to invest in their development.
THE ROLE
* Handling enquiries and customer calls
* Giving customers comprehensive advice and information
* Responding to clients promptly
* Securing business from inbound enquiries
* Accurately recording all client communication
*Working alongside the MD to develop your knowledge of the business and it's clients
* Influencing and creating new processes for the company
YOU:
* Experience within a similar Account Management / Internal Sales / Sales Executive / Telesales roleis essential
* Confident phone manner - can easily build rapport and longstanding relationships.
* A pro-active, tenaciousworking attitude.
