Description:

Role Responsibilities

* Receive, review and develop a full understanding of each individual project requirements
* Prepare project designs in the form of CADdrawings, images and other documentation relating to the design. Perform the duties on an architect in association with the RIBA Plan of work stages 1-7.
* Co-ordinate and direct, where required, an in-house design team.
* Take responsibility, where requested by project leader, for specific design aspects or the project as a whole.
* Liaise with members of an external multi-disciplinary team and other organisations or companies.

Skills & Expertise

* Part III-qualified ARB registered architect with experience of leading, managing and coordinating a small team through all RIBA stages.
* Experience of BIM Level 2 projects
* Excellent CAD skills - Autocad (essential) and Revit (preferred).
* Extensive experience working with high-profileclients on new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m.
* Work within an architectural team and in conjunction with multi-disciplinary consultant teams on multiple projects simultaneously across design and delivery stages.
* Review as well as produceconcept, planning and technical drawings and specifications.
* Contract administration, fee forecasting and invoicing experience.
* Client facing with demonstrable experience of coordinating clients, stakeholders and contractors.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to encourage and inspire success in others.
