INCENTIVES + FLEXIBLE WORKING + INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL + MOREGet Recruited are currently supporting a highly successful company based in Reading who, due to expansion, are seeking a ChangeManagement Consultant to join their growing project delivery team.
As the Change Management Consultant, you will be requiredto work on client sites across the UK and Europe, implementing project plans in order to deliver agreed project activities. Working as part of the project team, you will apply the methodology in order to ensure that project standards are maintained, whilstassisting in the mentoring of other team members.

THE ROLE:
* As the Change Management Consultant you will be working as part of a team in order to deliver agreed activities againstan agreed time frame
* Apply the methodology to ensure that project standards are maintained
* Implement project plans in order to achieve organisational change
* Review the progress of each project before creating reports for senior management andthe client
* Liaise with key stakeholders on a regular basis
* Manage project risk and maintain the risk log
* Monitor theteams performance and provide 1:1 feedback
* Ensure that the team are achieving their targets
THE PERSON:
* A minimumof 2 years experience as a Management Consultant / Business Consultant
* Change management experience
* Previous experienceof implementing organisational change / change management
* The ability to build rapport and strong client relationships
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
* Strong computer and administrative skills
