MANCHESTER
Upto £45,000 + BENEFITS (PART WORK FROM HOME)
We have a great opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an established and expanding Housing Law team within a reputable firm in Manchester.
The role of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor isprimarily to manage a caseload of litigated and not litigated cases within housing and dis-repair.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage a busy and varied caseload of Clinical Negligence cases
* Working on a caseload of Fast Track and Mulit Track claims
*Ensuring all case files are kept up to date
* Handling complicated litigated cases
* Work towards financial targets on a monthly and annual basis
* Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and referrers
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within Clinical Negligence Law
* 2 Years PQE
* Strong working knowledge of Proclaim
* Excellent PC skills
* Confident to manage a busy and varied caseload
