Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading company based in Blackburn who, due to expansion,are seeking an outgoing Conveyancing Team Leader to join their growing firm.
As the Conveyancing Team Leader you will be working alongside the Head of Conveyancing to run and grow the department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Conveyancing background who is looking to join a growing firm where they can play and instrumental part in their growth.
THE ROLE:
* Assist in the set up of all processes and procedures to manage new residential conveyancing transactions
* Work towards annual income targets, working closely with the Head of Conveyancing to report on and improve these
* Managing a large caseload including file reviews
* Providing technical support to Fee Earners
* Acting as a line manager for a team of Fee Earners and Legal Assistants
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within Conveyancing is essential, either as a qualified Solicitor and Licenced Conveyancer
* Experience within Management or a senior role is desirable
* High attention to detail
* Strong time management
* Excellent communication skills
