Description:
Head of cloud enterprise applications practice working with an established team of web application developers and provide the vision to help customers scale their digital apps. Your role is to lead and developthis practice by developing and building resonating web application development strategies to ensure repeatable and automationsolutions are developed and security focused. Proven experience of leading consultancy engagements around large scale enterpriseapplications focusing on successful delivery and migrations.
Working with leading customers across major verticals such asRetail, manufacturing and insurance enabling C-level and business leaders it is key to engineer and develop technology solutionsthat solves their road map challenges - be it data, security or cloud focused.
You will need to have a solid background which demonstrates senior levels of customer engagement, a proven track record of working with enterprise customers and through consulting have understood their challenges and resolved them with the appropriate challenges. Here are few bullet points to consider when applying. Do you have;
* Experience in multiple technologies across software development?
* Web application experience using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
* Agile development methods & leading agile and continuous delivery methods* Using containers to move web applications from one public cloud to another (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker etc)
* A delivery focused experience rather than purely presales and white boarding / theorising
* Build and excel at maintaining senior relationships within customers and internally
* Delivery of innovative presentations regarding ground breaking application development propositions.
* Current of previous / recent experience of working within a consulting firm
Full job spec is available, please send your CV Salary on offer is c£120,000 - £150,000 + 20% bonus. Office locations / commutable from Reading, Bristol,Swindon, London or Oxford.
