SRGEurope are currently recruiting fora Head of Compliance to work for a friendly and dynamic gaming company based in Malta. As Head of Compliance, our clients needyou to carry out remote gaming license compliance and applications, player protection and drafting of policies and procedures.If you were to be successful, you will need to have extensive compliance and / or legal experience.

Responsibilities:
*
Licensing applications from start to finish including renewals
*
Main point of contact for Regulators and ensuring good relations are fostered
*
Monitoring compliance with licensing obligations
*
Dealing with customer complaints and escalating them to Regulators where required
*
Completingannual compliance audits and managing internal and 3rd party regulatory audits
*
Create, review and approve customer facing content within the website
*
Reviewing business contracts for compliance and licensing matters
*
Carry out regularmeetings to ensure collaboration of matters which may impact compliance
Essential Skills:
*
Several year'sexperience within the Gaming industry and in a similar role
*
Outstanding knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
*
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
*
Ideally hold a relevant qualification, with a legal background
*
Knowledge of MGA and UKGC
