An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client based in Swansea for an experienced conveyancing assistant to join their team. You will be supporting the main Partner in the firms Swansea office to progress a caseload of residentialproperty matters.
This is a great opportunity for a paralegal or conveyancing assistant, who is looking to take the next step in their career.
As part of your role you will be working closely with and supporting an experienced and knowledgeable Partner to progress their caseload of residential conveyancing matters. Your duties will include dealing with searches and additional enquiries, preparing contract packs and providing regular updates to clients and introducers.
Joining an experienced team of lawyers with a professional and positive attitude you will be supported through continual professional development.
Inorder to be successful in the Legal Conveyancing Assistant role you will need experience working within residential conveyancing. You will also need strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as strong team working skills.
