LEGAL SECRETARY - CONVEYANCING
BASINGSTOKE
£23,500 PER ANNUM + FREE PARKING + PROGRESSION + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS!
THE OPPORTUNITY:I am currently recruiting for my client based in Basingstoke for a Legal Secretary to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a well-established business who are offering a salary of £23500K per annum,lucrative benefits and strong career progression!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Dealing with new quotes by telephone and web contact
* Chasing lenders, clients, etc., for responses/paperwork
* Dealing with clients on the telephone or in person, when necessary
* Arranging searches
* Audio typing using Oyez digital transcription system
THE PERSON:
* Minimum 2 years'experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing
* Fast and accurate typing skills required using digital dictation
* Strong organisational skills
