My client is looking to hire a big hitting Headof Managed Services Leader / Director to help transform their service delivery portfolio. You will have experience of working closely with senior stakeholders / C-level, provide consultancy and help build a solution.
Specifically working with your peers in Cloud practice strategy lead to work with customers and offer them a modern and sustainable way of a managed services engagement. Not "log and flog" but using the latest predictive SaaS / Cloud tools on the market to get a head of the competition.You will be designing the build an inhouse SaaS platform - aimed to increase productivity, proactivity, security and incident management - more config / architecture. Forward thinking solutions involving ML / AI within this exciting proposition.
You will be spearheading and developing from the ground up the "next generation" in IT Managed Services utilising the latest Cloud tools (predictive analytics, automation, AI and machine learning) to resolve typical traditional problems associated with every daymanaged services. Using Cloud tech to resolve customer problems before they even know they have a problem, cool eh?
Your managed services propositions and service delivered will involve technology areas like; Cloud Transformation, Application Development (DevOps, Automation / Containers) and ideally Data, Machine Learning or Analytics capability).
Location of the role is in London or Reading and salary on offer is c£120,000 - £160,000 + 20% bonus + fantastic benefits. Please send your CV
