Get Recruited are supporting a market leading company based in Reading who are seeking a Project Manager tojoin their growing management consultancy team, overseeing the successful delivery of projects.
Taking the lead on consultancy projects, you will be working closely with FTSE100 companies in order to identify and implement organisational change in orderto improve the overall running of the business. As the Project Manager, you will be expected to guide your team in order to complete projects on time and to budget, whilst gaining exposure to a variety of environments.

THEROLE:
* As the Project Manager, you will oversee the management of a project team working on the clients site
* Implementproject plans with the team in order to achieve results
* Review project deliverables and prepare reports outlining progress to date
* Manage the use of resources against project plans
* Maintain close communication with the Practice Director to ensure project objectives are met
* Monitor team performance and provide feedback through 1:1 meetings
* Monitor team progress whilst retaining overall responsibility
THE PERSON:
* A minimum of 2 years experience within a business environment
* Previous experience of managing project delivery
* Demonstrable experience in change management
* The ability to engage with managers of all levels within organisations, creating strong relationships
* Highly analytical mind, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement performance improvement solutions
* Qualifications such as Prince2 are desirable
* Asecond European language is highly desirable but not essential
