Get Recruited are currently working with a leading company based in Reading who, due to growth, are seeking a Sales Manager to join their sales team.
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, setting targets and addressing training needs.

THEROLE:
* As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants
* Overseeing all training, creating a tailored plan for each consultants training needs
* Setting sales targets, ensuring that they are hit on a daily, weeklyand monthly basis
* Monitor the team progress whilst retaining overall responsibility
* Liaising with clients, building relationships and generating additional revenue
* Learn about and research the sectors that you will be working in, keeping on top of current issues
* Ensure that standards are adhered to at all times
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience as a businessdevelopment manager, sales manager, internal sales, leadership role is essential
* At least 2 years' B2B experience is required
* Previous experience of managing teams
* Excellent work ethic, not afraid to get stuck in
* Effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
