Get Recruited are supporting a global leader in their field who, due to exponential growth, are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team on an initial 6 month contract.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be the heart of a highly successful business. You will be the first point of contact for any trade or consumer enquiries, informing them ofnew product launches and stock availability. This will be a varied role which will require the successful candidate to think ontheir feet in order to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business.

THE ROLE:* As the Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers (trade and consumer)
* You willrespond to their enquiries, escalating as appropriate
* Taking customer orders and managing existing orders from the UK and Europe
* Informing customers of pricing for different products, product availability and new product launches
* Solving any customer issues in a professional and efficient manner, directing technical issues to your colleagues as appropriate
* Completing administrative duties as required
THE PERSON:
* Previous Customer Service / Retail / Sales / Telesales experience is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided
* Fluency in another language such as French, German or Spanishwould be highly desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and a polite telephone manner
* Ability to work within a fast paced environment
* High attention to detail
* Computer literate
