GREATER MANCHESTER£22,000 - £25,000 Plus Excellent Career Progression

Get Recruited are supporting a multinational Freight Forward company based in Greater Manchester, who are seeking a Freight Forwarding Administrator to join their expanding team. Previous experience within the freight forwarding industry is essential.
You will have excellentverbal and written communication skills and high administration skills. Progression opportunities are also available for the successful candidate.

THE FREIGHT FORWARDING ADMINISTRATION DUTIES:
Day to day query calls and emails regarding shipping services
Chase ups calls when required
Managing all general admin duties and supporting members of the team
Manage key client contacts
Complete customer entry procedures
Deal with any queries or questions relating to the Shipping solutions
Assistance with Invoice queries
Provide general assistance to all Sales staff when required, tasks vary
THE PERSON:
Freight Forward or Shipping Solutions, Sea Freight, Freight Forwarder, Air and sea freight exports experience required
Previous client support experience essential
Excellent telephone manner
Strong Microsoft skills is desirable
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast-paced environment
The following skills would be an advantage - Air and sea freight exports, Freight Forward or Shipping Solutions, Sea Freight, Freight Forwarder
