Kenect Drivers are currently recruiting for experienced LGV1, HGV1, Class 1 drivers for ongoing, long term driving work in the Tamworth area.
As an LGV1 driver, the work will involve local and national delivery or collection work for an automotive car parts dealer and various duties and skills below
- Sunday - Friday work - Starts from 19.00pm - 04.00am
- Key holder store delivery
- 2-3 delivery's per shift
- Handball of Cages into stores
- Collection of empty cages- Some use of tail lifts
- Must have 6 months class 1 experience for Insurance purposes
- Automatic new vehicles to driver- Collection of empty cages
- Must have a good level of communication
- Must have 6 months class 1 experience for Insurance purposes
- Automatic new vehicles to driver
Â- Strapping and securing your load
- Long-term on going work
- You will be required to do an induction & training day
Pay Rates:
The pay rates outlined below for this role are inclusive of holiday pay for PAYE workers. The rates listed below also apply for Limited Company drivers.
- LGV1 (Midweek) AM & PM starts = £14.00 p/h
- LGV1 (Saturdays) = £16.00 p/h
- LGV1 (Sundays & Bank Holidays) = £17.00 p/h
