The Role
This permanent role offers a variety of duties as well as responsibility, a 40 hour week Mon- Fri 08:30 - 05:00
Duties will include:
* Responsible for receiving goods into store
* Assembling of equipment
* Packing / unpacking of goods
* Quality control
* Dispatch of completed equipment
* Stock control
* Order processing andmonitoring using the company IT system
* Troubleshooting
* Telephone liaison internally and with clients
Once settled inthe role you will receive training to:
* Driving to customers premises throughout South Wales and the West Country
* On site installation
* Providing customers with training on product use
Requirements
The successful applicant will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
* Previous experience working in a computerised stores environment* Solid computer skills are essential to this role
* Full clean driving license essential
* Able to regularly lift reasonably heavy items
* Good manual dexterity to learn equipment assembly
* Attention to detail
* Reliable and independent worker* Team player
* Excellent customer service skills
