WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER
ASHBOURNE
UP TO £27,000 + MONDAY TO FRIDAY + 37.5 HOURS A WEEK
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a market leading supplier based in Ashbourne, who due to consistent growth and expansion, are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader to join them as they continue to expand their operations.
Primarily, the Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader will support theWarehouse Manager and lead the team of Warehouse Operatives by example assisting with things like training and onboarding and allocating workload across the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader / Assistant Warehouse Manager / Senior Warehouse Operative to join an ambitious business who value and reward their staff. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supporting the Warehouse Manager with the day too day management of the team in the Warehouse
* Allocating workload and monitoring output across the team
*Addressing errors and inefficiencies in the team
* Onboarding and training new team members and supporting the Warehouse Manager in delivering ongoing training to existing staff
* Using the ERP system
* Follow the stock control processes and systemand ensure this is done through the team
* Leading by example
* Using Aislemaster and counterbalance forklifts
* Assistingteam members with issues and queries
THE PERSON:
* Experience within a Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader / Assistant Warehouse Manager / Senior Warehouse Operative role is essential
* Computer literate with excellent knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft office
* Excellent attention to detail and able to problem solve
* Confident communicator and adaptability to deal with colleagues, customers and suppliers at all levels
* FLT Licence is desirable
