AREA ACCOUNT MANAGER - PERMANENT
BIRMINGHAM - COVERING WEST MIDLANDS
£33,000 - 37K OTE (UNCAPPED COMMISSION) + CAR + TABLET + MOBILE
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our client are market leaders in providing industrial and commercial equipment to businesses on a national scale.
Due to continued success, we are looking for an experienced Area Account Manager tojoin their established Business Development team to manage the already successful West Midlands area.
You will be picking upexisting successful account portfolio (75%), along with proactively developing new business within the area (25%)
This is ahome/ field-based role, with occasional travel (once every 6 weeks) to the North England office to meet with the rest of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain and further develop existing client accounts (75%)
* Prospect, visit and convert new business (25%)
* Showcase a range of 100+ products to both current and prospective customers
* Working closely with the internal sales and support teams
THE PERSON:
* Experience and knowledge of B2B sales
* Superb time management skills
*Proven relationship builder
* Clear and direct communication
