LEIGH - MANCHESTER

UP TO £22,000 + COMPANY BONUS + FANTASTIC PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES + MARKET LEADING PRODUCTS

THE OPPORTUNITY:

My client is a market leading lighting manufacturer in the electronics industry. Due to exceptional success resulting in continuous growth they are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their existing team.

I am looking to speak to driven and ambitious individuals, if you've come from a B2B telesales background and wantto work hard in a company with genuine progression opportunities I want to speak to you.

In return you will be working for ahugely successful business, with a large friendly team and a team focused company culture.

THE ROLE:

Working in the office you will create, nurture and close sales opportunities, pitching the company various product portfolio to clients across the whole of the UK. You will have access to an exsisting network of 5000+ client leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Creating sales opportunities through proactive business development and pitching
* Building relationships to develop strong sales pipeline
*Booking appointments for the Field Sales Team
* Following up on previous conversations to gain feedback and overcome objections
* Closing sales to meet and exceed set sales targets
* Learn to confidently describe and explain the USPs of the company service
* Working with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies
* Regularly maintain CRM and provide necessary sales reports

THE PERSON:

This role is ideally suited to a confident, results-driven individual with at least 12 months of B2Bsales experience. The following attributes are also highly desirable:

* Existing knowledge of the lighting and/ or the electronics industries
* Excellent record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Fantastic client relationship building skills* Genuine drive and ambition to succeed in sales
