Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with knowledge of industrialisation and early production phases of a product lifecycle? If yes, this role could be for you.
A vacancy hasarisen for a Product Assurance Engineer to join my client in support of a multi-national programme during the initial production phases. In this role you will be working with a dynamic team providing quality assurance on in house and supplied items with the aim of preventing / minimising product non-conformance, supporting smooth programme delivery, assuring reliable products, andincreasing Customer satisfaction.
You will be reviewing and maintaining quality documentation including the Project QualityPlan as well as ensuring the application of PPAP and APQP processes across the project.
It will be up to you to ensure productlife cycle reviews are planned and actions managed accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance
* Practitioner of current QA problem solving and improvement methods (8D, RCA, DMAIC, etc.)
* Goodknowledge of the product lifecycle - specifically industrialisation and early production phases
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - an ability to influence change
* Respectful team player, comfortable working in a matrix organisation* Strong analytical skills; ability to run reports in Excel, use SAP QM system, and document management tools
* Continuousimprovement awareness and ability to use own initiative to deliver improvements
* Ability to understand and respect cultural differences
