Description:
Our client, based a commutable from the Cork City area, requires an experienced Quality manager with experience gained in the FOOD industry.

A FoodScience/Technology qualification, coupled with knowledge of BRC, supplier audits and visits experience will secure.
You will work with a team ensuring the factory maintains its high levels of quality control and food safety. You will ensure compliance ofcustomer specifications and regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of the Food Safety andQuality Management system.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and legislation.
Liaising with Department of Agriculture officials.
Maintain the BRC standard
Maintenance of the HACCP programme
Point of contact between customers to in relation to customer specification.
Identify and promptly resolve any issues that arise through corrective action planning.
