Our client, based in Cork (on the bus route) requires a quality technician. This is a 12 month contract, with a view to permanence. Days only Monday - Friday.
You will be joining a multi national company, where future prospects are plentiful. They offer full perm benefits (even though this is a 12 month contract) including a canteen, medical insurance, pension, educational support, life assurance, 27 days hols.
You will be working in a supportive team environment with sound and likeable people,like Mike, who has been working in the department for a year, and says he has learnt a lot, been challenged and grown and saysit's a GREAT place to work. The collaborative team are willing to train and give the newbies the best possible chance of success.
If you have previous quality auditing, control experience gained in a production environment and you are a stickler for detail and precise documentation, then we want to hear from you ASAP.
Your duties will include:
* Ensuring that audited productmeets product acceptability standards
* Ensuring that specified product auditing sequence and sample size is observed
* Recording inspection/audit results, filing and archiving of records as defined by procedure.
You will have at least 2 years quality control experience where you have been assessing incoming, in process and outgoing products.
