Description:
Work Wales is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our client as a Robotic Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience as a production robot operator and ability to efficiently manufacture quality welded assemblies using the roboticwelding facility in a safe manner to satisfy our customer's delivery schedules. Candidates with prior manufacturing experiencewill also be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities
·Ensure the quality of all production.
·Continually maintain the welding jigs in good condition.
·Consistently satisfy and exceed production targets.
·Ensure the maintenance of all Health & Safety standards.
·Follow closely all the relevant Work Procedures.
·Plan your production and ensure it is carried out in the most effective and efficient manner ensuring minimal waste of time and materials.
·Ensure the safety and productivity of the workstation is maintained.
·Contribute to the effectiveness of the company through continuous improvement.
Hours: 40 per weekShift: Rotating 2 shift pattern
Mornings - 6.00am-2.00pm (Mon-Fri)
Afternoons - 2.00pm-11.00pm (Mon-Thur) 2.00pm-5.30pm(Fri)
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
·Experience working as a Robot Operator
·Ability to work to set targetsand objectives
·Good attention to detail to ensure quality is consistently maintained
·Effective communication
Salary: £9.21 per hour plus 10% shift allowance (£10.13)
