Get Recruited are currently supporting a market leading, well established company based in Knutsford who, due to growth, are seeking a Trainee Field Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting role for a motivated individual who has gained at least 6 months sales experience, and is looking for career progression. With a structured training programme, my client will fully support your growth and this role will progress intoa Field Sales role where you will be out and about, meeting clients face to face.

THE ROLE:
*As the Trainee Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for speaking with new and existing customers in regards to the products
* Managing a number of existing accounts, building strong relationships and gaining additional revenue
* Handling objections and closing the sale
* Managing a sales pipeline, ensuring that you have a constant pipeline of business
* Working closely with the senior management team, developing strategies in order to achieve your individual targets
* Completing other duties as required
THE PERSON:
* At least 6 months experience within a telesales, business development, account manager, field sales, territory sales, outbound sales role is essential
* A full, clean driving license
* Excellent communication andorganisational skills
* High attention to detail
* Strong IT skills
