My client, a global full service CRO with established reputation in terms of working culture and services provided, is looking to appoint an Associate Director, Biostatistics in the Biometrics department to cover both, operational and strategical side of statistical activity. This is a great chance to step up in your career and actively participate in the strategy implementation and lead a successful team of statisticians.
As Associate Director, Biostatistics, you will be:
- Actively contribute to clinical development plan and preparation;
- Review study protocols and prepare statistical methodologies;
- Overseeprojects and team of statisticians;
- Liaison with internal departments and communicate project requirements;
- Line managinga team of statisticians and participate in their professional development;
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum MSc in Life Sciences or Information Technology;
- +7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with exposure to clinical trials;
- Proven line management experience;
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written;
- Experience in using statistical software (e.g. SAS);
- Demonstrable knowledge of relevant regulations, including GCP;
