BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

UP TO £30,000 + £60,000 OTE + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a rapidly expanding company operating in the medical/pharmaceutical industry who are looking for experienced Business Development Executives to join their successful sales team.
As a Business Development Executive you will be driving sales within new accounts within a vibrant and rewarding environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop industry knowledge and develop a client base of relevant potential customers
* Make outbound calls to potential clients, focusing on selling key products
* Keeping in regular contact with new and existing clients
* Maintaining an up to date knowledge of developments within the industry
* Advise clients on key products and special promotions
* Handling objections, negotiating and closing sales* Working towards KPIs and following the tried and tested sales model
* Visiting clients and attending company exhibitionsand events
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a B2B Business Development/New Business/Sales Executive role
* Experience within Pharmaceutical/Medical/Publication industry would be desirable
* Confident to develop and manage a large sales pipeline
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
