Consultant Radiation Oncologist

I am currently recruiting for a Consultant Radiation Oncologist in the Munster region;
Consultant Radiation Oncologist
The position is a HSE salaried post and the initial contract will be 6 to 12 months in duration with opportunites for further extension.
The Radiation Oncology Department serves the Munster region. The Radiation Oncology Department has a CT scanner, simulator, four linear accelerators, superficial unit, brachytherapy, mould room and isotope unit. The department works in close collaboration with other departments including surgery, medical oncology (chemotherapy), haematology, palliative care, histopathology and radiology.
In orderto be considered for this position, you will need to be a qualified doctor with recognised postgraduate training (CCST) in radiation oncology. Ideal candidates will be on the specialist register of the Irish Medical Council but we will consider applications from Doctors in process of registration.
