Description:
Dispensary Compliance Manager required for a pharmacy group based inDublin
Exciting new position just in for a Dispensary Manager for a pharmacy group in Dublin. Must have pharmacist and/or pharmacy technician experience and ideally have worked in a Pharmacy Head office, looking after costs, ensuring margins are maximised.
Duties include;
* Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards are met.
* Ensure all Dispensaries inthe business operate to the highest ethical and operational standards.
* Managing the wholesale business.
* Ensure all targetsare met.
* Be responsible for all Dispensary teams training.
* Ensure all Dispensary paperwork is submitted on time.
* Liaise with external stakeholders
Qualifications, knowledge and skills required;
* The successful candidate ideally would have5 years' experience in a dispensary coordination or management role"
* Have a 3rd level qualification, (preferable but not essential).
* Excellent knowledge of Pharmacy Dispensaries.
* Be commercially driven to identify opportunities for the wholesalebusiness.
* Experience at a senior level of reporting and analysing data.
* Have a strong understanding of the key businessindustry/organisation.
