Our client an innovative leading biotech are looking for a Senior Drug Safety Physician to come and join their team. They have a Broad Portfolio of innovative drugs in the pipeline, an excellent team and a state of the art research centre.
Some of your main responsibilities but not limited to;
*Being accountable for all aspects of safety related to your projects/products
oIncluding medical assessment, aggregate reporting, risk management and minimization
activities throughout the product's life cycle
*Provide drug safety expertise in all phases of drug development
*You will lead the Safety Management Team for products/projects
oBe responsible for the integration, analysis, and interpretation of safety
information from all sources including preclinical throughout life cycle productsmanagement
*You will represent them with communications with Health Authorities
Candidate Requirements;
*Doctorof Medicine degree with at least 15-year experience of clinical development
in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and/or in clinical and post-
marketing safety
*You should have an excellent understanding of clinical trialsand post-marketing
adverse experience reporting systems, experience in product safety monitoring and
preparation of investigational and post-marketing regulatory safety
reports/documents
*Excellent medical writing, presentation and communication skills
*You should possess a broad disease and medicinal products knowledge based on
didactic and clinical experience
