Anexciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Health and Social Care Assistant level 3 qualified or equivalent to join ourteam working in an Infection Prevention & Control remit working in Nursing homes You will work as part of a team supportingresidents who potentially may have Coronavirus, and when this is not needed you will support the home in infection prevention and control team working. You will be aware of infection prevention and control policies, practices and guidelines appropriate for your duties to maintain a safe environment for the homes.
You will have the ability to communicate effectively and work tochanging service needs and Covid recovery plan. You will undertake all of the above whilst ensuring that you maintain confidentiality and that you are working within the required guidance, legislation and professional regulations.
This post is new to the team and is there to support the workload related to both Covid 19 and business as usual. A positive approach & the ability to motivate others, be flexible & have the skills to prioritise your workload are all essential requirements of the post.You will be required to work to extremely high standards to meet the needs of the home with the aim of providing a first class quality care to residents and staff who are anxious, have clinically deteriorated and diagnosed with COVID 19.
This job will be challenging but extremely rewarding. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a positive, flexible style and approach is paramount and you must be effective at motivating and influencing staff at all levels. Excellent leadership,communication and interpersonal skills are essential to this rewarding role.
The team will support business's exclusively ona placement recovery basis.
