This is absolutely NOT a normal surgery locum.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for 2GPs to join a surgery for up to 20 sessions combined on a 12-18 month basis to be part of a dedicated turnaround team.
Working with 10 - 15 patients per day offering full medication reviews, you will be working alongside a nurse to ensure patients are treated in the best possible way.
To do this you will be given 20 minutes consultation times. Your patients will have long term conditions and be complex cases but will have had new bloods and urine samples along with a medication plan in place, prior to seeing the patient. This is a job role that will give a GP the opportunity to get really stuck in to and have a great experience.
Falling outside of IR35, this position is based in Basingstoke, Hampshire and has a potential earning of £195,000 for 12 months, FTE. This project will be used as a success story by the NHS and for GP training in years to come so this really is an incredible opportunity to be part of something to be proud of.
