Long Term Locum GP - up to ﾃつ｣700/day
A CQC rated good group of surgeries in Swindon are looking for a Fixed Term/ Long Term, 4-8 session Locum GP with a view to joining as a salaried or partner GP paying very well.
Our pro-active clienthave a great surgery and set up which proves very popular. A purpose-built surgery who not only have a brilliant set up (detailed below) are very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after, which is clear by their unique offering. They are looking for a Long term locum GP to join their practice and be an essential part of the team and growth plans whilst earning a great salary. Their ideal situation would be that a GP was to join as a locum with a view to moving into a salaried or partnershiprole - no obligation to do so!
To them, their GPs are an integral part of the team and will be very well looked after both ona personal and business level, even supplied with regular cups of tea! They are very open and honest and like to make sure theywork in a grown up environment where everybody is treated as equal and you have a good work / life balance.

They are very flexible on start and finish times and you can work anything from 4-8 sessions per week. 10 and 15 minute appointments both AM / PM Telephone& eConsults with only F2F appts once triaged. Admin and No home visits - which is all shared equally. The surgery has a fulladmin and support team who screen all the admin that comes into the surgery and a pharmacist who deals with all the RX and EPS.So all the work that is presented to the GP is for the GP and will not be a huge amount of work.
