Get Recruited are currentlysupporting a leading company who operate within the medical industry, who are seeking a Medical Project Manager to join their growing team.
As the Medical Project Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the key clients, whilstprospecting for new business. Liaising with clients and suppliers, you will ensure the smooth running of all projects, whilst working closely with other internal teams.

THE ROLE:
* As the Medical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of key clients whilst actively developing new business opportunities
* Negotiating contracts with project partners, whilst overseeing capacity allocation and budget preparation
* Liaising with and building strong relationships with client and suppliers
* Ensuring that all content / material produced are in compliance with industry regulations
* Assuming responsibility for each project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, on budget and to the expected quality
* Providing strategicproject management input and solutions for streamlining processes in order to improve them
* Completing other duties as required
* Providing leadership to the team, and playing a key part in the coaching and mentoring of project managers
THE PERSON:
* At least 3 years' experience within the medical / pharmaceutical industry is essential
* Previous experience of dealing with medical experts
* Experience of managing projects or events is essential
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
* Excellent communication and written skills
* Able to work toyour own initiative
* Willing to travel to client meetings, events and advisory boards etc
