Microbiology QC Analyst Mid West
FRS Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of an International Biotechnologycompany in the Mid- West who are looking to significantly expand their Microbiology Quality Control Operations. We are looking to speak to QC people with a strong background in Microbiology (GMP experience essential). Candidates with previous GMP food andchemistry related backgrounds will also be considered, Full 2 month training period provided. Full-time permanent job with fullsuite of benefits to include Medical Insurance, Bonus, Life Assurance, Pension
Responsibilities:
Microbiological testing on all raw materials, intermediates and finished products following all company regulatory/industry requirements
o Bioburdeno Endotoxin
o Environmental Monitoring
* Support the environmental monitoring and product testing requirements for bulk product manufacturing
* Report all testing performed.
* Laboratory maintenance- housekeeping, self-inspections and stock control
* Documentation of laboratory results in accordance with cGMP procedures.
* Ensure training status compliant with matrix requirements and to assist in training of laboratory staff.
* Preparation and execution of laboratory protocols and reports
* Qualification of media, microbial techniques and relevant equipment.
* Ensure that all laboratory activities are in compliance with all Health & Safety Guidelines.
Min 1 year GMP Industry experience essential along with a Degree qualification in a Scientific discipline
