NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER
We currently have full-time and part-time vacancies across Swindon and surrounding areas.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for several enthusiasticNight Support Workers to join our team in Swindon. The Night Support Worker role will be at the heart of our service, ensuringthat all client needs are met throughout the night and providing them with support when needed.
You will hold responsibilityfor the delivery of day-to-day support including personal care, medication support and the meeting of nutritional needs. This will be led by our customers priorities, preferences and needs.
As a member of the team you will provide services that will addvalue to life and provide support and reassurance to client's family and friends.
As the successful candidate you will possess exceptional people skills, highly effective organisational abilities and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Ifyou're friendly, approachable, empathetic towards others and have the drive to go the extra mile, we are looking for you. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given although we welcome applications from experienced carers.
