You'll lead and develop our team of Home Managers to ensure that high standards of care are deliveredwithin our care homes and that KPI's are met and exceeded. Performance is measured across a matrix of financial, quality, HR and resident feedback. You'll take a holistic, strategic view of each home, providing guidance and support to your home teams where needed, involving yourself in multidisciplinary meetings with the wider operational and support teams.
In addition to day to day line management of the Home Managers you will also have direct line management responsibility of a Senior Customer Advisorand Senior Companionship Team Leader working in your cluster.
Operationally, you will maintain regular visits to your cluster of homes, promoting high standards and continuous improvement at all levels of the home. A responsive approach to matters of under-performance is essential.
