My client, a well-respected Pharma company in Hertfordshire, and I are seeking a Process Specialist forQuality Assurance on a 6 month maternity cover contract. There is good potential for this to extend to at least one year.Responsibilities:
*Support Quality Assurance processes, systems and training, contributing to their development and continuousimprovement.
*Issue Audit Certificates and CSR quality statements; provide operational support to Inspection Management, QA Agreements, data quality checks and delivery of PDQA contributions to the PSMF.
*Take responsibility for processes and their documentation - applying Lean Sigma process improvement techniques as applicable.
*Interact with and provide guidance and trainingto internal and external PDQ stakeholders on processes and systems
*Determine metrics and monitor process effectiveness and efficiency.
*Communicate with varied stakeholders, capturing and analysing requirements, supporting the delivery of high qualitysolutions.
Requirements
*Prior experience in a pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GLP, GCP, GVO and CSV regulatoryrequirements is preferable.
*Analytical and detail focused with the ability to prioritize, organize, plan and manage multiple tasks efficiently across an international multicultural matrix organisation.
*Customer focused with an ability to communicate atall levels.
*Proficient with computerized systems and process/training development, management and improvement.
*Knowledge ofthe audit and inspections process would be an advantage
*Experience in using TrackWise or more preferably Veeva Role
*Must have the ability to work office based
*Must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the UK (sponsorship is not possible)Contact
