I am delighted to be assisting my client once again recruit a Ph.D. Scientist to be based in their site in Longford. This would be an excellent opportunity for a PhD graduate who has just completed or is at thefinal stages of completing their PhD in Chemistry or related Science discipline and is looking to join a friendly and dynamic team.
About the company:
You will be joining a global healthcare manufacturing company who are dedicated to improving people'slives throughout the world by the development of products and technologies. They have a wonderful reputation in the area for really looking after their staff and because of this there is a very low turnover of staff. Due to recent expansion, they now require a PhD Scientist to join their Technical Team.
Responsibilities of PhD Scientist job:
*Manage and support products during R&D design transfer.
*Prepare documentation associated with the development of products through GMP and site procedures.*Leading teams who demonstrate functional problem- solving for troubleshooting and investigations.
*Design and execute test and process method modifications to support manufacturing and project timelines.
*Identify adverse trends and emerging issues and propose and implement solutions to internal and external issues.
*Participate in design control, process and product improvement activities.
Requirements of PhD Science Job:
*You will have completed your PhD in Chemistry or related science or be in the final stages of completion.
*Self-motivated and ability to work as part of a team with good project management skills.
*Demonstrated ability to fully realize improvement initiatives.
*Contribution to a successful team environment, such as projectteams, problem solving teams etc.
