As a Real World Evidence Statistics Manager you will be responsible for providing expertise at all stages of the experiment designs, implementing observational outcomes and collaborating with other research teams.
Main job responsibilities:
* Provide input towards the design and development of Observational Study protocols* Develop Statistical Analysis Plans and perform analyses
* Work towards publications and contribute to study reports
* Conduct research using large databases of patient-level data, registries and claims. Perform meta-analyses across different therapeutic areas
* Apply high quality statistical methodologies in assigned projects
* Provide leadership in statistics and pharmaco-epidemiology ensuring overall quality and accuracy of the results
Candidate attributes:
* Ability to translate business questions into study designs
* Master's or PhD in statistics, epidemiology, health economics or a related field
* Highly experienced in performing real world outcomes based on registries or EMR databases
* Solid hands-on experience with SAS and R
*Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and present results in non-technical terms to non-statistical audiences.
