Days & Night Shifts: Full-Time
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the monitoring of the health and wellness of residents, you will assist in training and monitoring of medication care administration, communicate with resident's support services and families and maintain clinical quality assurance.
Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse RGN include:
* Assess residents' health and well-being across a difficult and changing caseload
* Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and well-being needs
* Provide and receive sensitive or contentious information
* Promote and develop best practice as a Registered Nurse RGN
* Assist in maintaining and developing robust and compliant services
* Contribute to quality improvement
* Promote people's equality, diversity and rights
* Applyclinical reasoning skills to all scenarios.
