The Ideal Registered Nurse (RMN /RNLD) candidate will have:

Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse (RMN /RNLD) include:
* Provide care for the residents daily undertaking direct nursing and general care, as required, including periods on night duty if necessary
* Contribute positively to the setting and development of measurable standards of care relevant to thespeciality
* Responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of care programmes* Contribute to the professional development of trained staff, encouraging the development of research-based practice, with aview to meeting PREPP requirements.
* To act as a primary nurse for the people we support by assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care.
* To lead or support therapeutic interventions as appropriate on an individual basis
* To focuson recovery and effectively managing relapse as reflected within our Recovery Model support plans.
* To prepare written reports for clinical reviews and to contribute to case conference reports as required.
