Group Pharmacy Technician- Dublin

I am acting on behalf of our client, a leading and progressive pharmacy group, to recruit a Group Pharmacy Technician for Dublin Southside, travelling to different pharmacies to support the Managing Pharmacist in a busy and challenging environment. The position will support the pharmacy group in a busy and challengingenvironment. This is a floating role, with no late nights, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Working to agreed operating procedures within the pharmacy to maintain the highest ethical standards and deliver excellent customer care.
Duties and Responsibilities:ÂÂÂÂ ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
* Responsible to accurately receive, record and assemble prescriptions, issue the appropriate receipts and inform the Pharmacists of any changes in drug therapy and interactions between prescribed medications for dispensing and preparing prescriptions
* Providing a high standard in Customer Service
* Ensuring efficient stock control & ethical ordering
* Ensuring prescription control
* Completion of all necessary paperwork
* Provide experience to help drive O.T.C Sales
* Responsible for dispensary house keeping
* Any other duties as required
Knowledge and Experience
*Must hold an approved Pharmacy Technician Qualification
* Must have at least one years' experience in a Technician/ Dispensary role
* Cashier experience an advantage
* Previous O.T.C Sales experience
* In-depth product knowledge
* Own transportrequired
* Must hold a full Irish driving licence
