Exciting job opportunity in South Wales for a Unit Manager.
This role entails working with a well-establishedmental health care company working in a hospital with around 50 beds with separate gender units. You will be working with exclusively adults in a low secure environment and will be managing a unit size of up to 15 beds.
You are expected to work within 5set core values and carry these over to your working role. You should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working incare environment. Previous experience within a mental health or learning disability environment is also preferred. You will needeither an RGN or RMN, however an up to date PIN is not required.
You will be working under a Registered Manager giving you plenty of support in this role. This gives you the opportunity to further your skills and experience under a well-managed environment.
You can expect a salary between £37,000 - £42,000 as well as a host of other benefits such as discounted gym membership, a staff recommendation bonus scheme and more.
