The role;
We are supporting a defence firm in the search for a highly experienced deliveryfocussed Programme Director to join them in taking charge of the delivery of a complex multi-hundred million pound delivery forthe MoD.
Due to the complexity of the relationship management and also technical delivery focus this role is ideally suitedto an individual from a prime background who has experience of delivering complex programmes of a number of years into the Army,Navy or RAF and has proven commercial experience of managing delivery and stakeholders in intricate prime and subcontractor relationships.
You will undertake the initial baseline review and over the coming years be in charge of taking the programme from non-recurring to recurring as well as assuming responsibility for the P&L.
This is very much a role for a team player and the delicate balance of internal & external relationships as well need to deliver on time and to appropriate quality willneed an individual that is able to balance a number of plates and be happy to travel to sites to resolve issues and ensure keydeliverables and relationships are up-held.
